A rising star in commercial and administrative law, Hailey Bruckner provides clients with practical, strategic advice.
Hailey has a diverse litigation practice with an emphasis on civil litigation, commercial disputes, public and administrative law, and professional regulation. Hailey acts for stakeholders in complex commercial litigation, including contract and shareholder disputes, fraud, and real estate proceedings. Hailey also has significant experience as counsel in regulatory proceedings before multiple professional disciplinary tribunals, and acted as counsel to the Commissioner of the City of Hamilton’s Red Hill Valley Parkway Inquiry.
A committed believer in access to justice, Hailey volunteered as a lead caseworker in administrative law at Osgoode’s Community and Legal Aid Services Program, providing advice and representation for low-income clients facing legal issues related to disability support, criminal injury, human rights, and tenancy.
