Nick Coleman
Nick Coleman is a former partner and is now retired from the practice of law.* Over decades of practice at Paliare Roland and our predecessor firm, Nick’s particular expertise included union-side labour law and professional discipline, and he acted as prosecuting counsel for regulatory bodies governing Ontario’s pharmacists, nurses and dental surgeons. He also appeared before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Crown Employees Grievance Settlement Board, the Ontario Public Service Labour Relations Tribunal, and boards of arbitration. He was recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada and Benchmark Litigation. Throughout his career, Nick’s administrative law and civil litigation practice earned him praise for his critical insight, sound judgment, dedication to the practical resolution of disputes, and keen sense of humour.
*As honourary counsel, Nick is not a member of the firm; he is not paid by the firm and plays no administrative or management role.
