2021 ONSC 1981 (settlement approval) – Odette Soriano, Jeff Larry, and Paul Davis represented a class of Canadian PayPal users who engaged in transactions which involved a currency conversion. The plaintiff claimed that PayPal breached its user agreement and consumer protection legislation. The case settled.
