July 1, 2026 marks a special milestone for Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP.

Twenty-five years ago, 18 lawyers set out to build a different kind of law firm—one founded on the belief that legal work could be meaningful and intellectually challenging, clients could be diverse and impactful, and the workplace could be collaborative, supportive, and grounded in shared values. That vision became one of Ontario's leading litigation boutiques, recognized for delivering intelligent solutions to complex legal challenges and taking on cases that shape our society. Throughout our growth, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to excellence, integrity, honesty, curiosity, teamwork, diversity, and exceptional client service.

The original 18 did not build this firm alone. Exceptional legal and administrative professionals, talented students, inspiring mentors such as Ian Scott and Stephen Goudge, and the trust and support of our clients and referral sources have all played an essential role in our success. Together, they helped shape the culture and legacy that continue to define Paliare Roland today.

Twenty-five years later, the firm remains true to its founding vision: practising at the highest level alongside exceptional colleagues, strengthening our communities through advocacy, volunteerism, and charitable service, and providing rewarding careers for future generations of lawyers.
