Congratulations to Lindsay Scott on her win in the Court of Appeal for Ontario. In finding in favour of our client, the Court reviews the law on employee common law notice entitlement for periods of service that pre-date an employer’s plan of arrangement under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.
