Shawna Leclair

B.Comm., J.D.

Shawna Leclair joined Paliare Roland as an associate after working as both a summer student and an articling student at a leading national firm. Shawna has a growing litigation practice, and is a member of the firm’s public inquiry team. She serves as counsel to the Commissioner of the City of Hamilton’s Red Hill Valley Parkway Inquiry into roadway safety.

 

As a law student, Shawna volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, worked as a caseworker at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic and received recognition as an oralist in the Davies Corporate Securities Moot.
