Nick Coleman practises in administrative law and civil litigation. His particular areas of interest include union-side labour law and professional discipline.
Nick brings his critical insight and sound judgment to bear on legal challenges facing his clients. He strives for the best possible outcomes arrived at as expeditiously as possible. His clients rely on him for his sound advice and litigation skills, and his sense of humour, when dealing with their most difficult cases. For his efforts on behalf of his clients, Nick is also highly regarded by opposing counsel.
Nick has appeared before numerous administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Crown Employees Grievance Settlement Board, the Ontario Public Service Labour Relations Tribunal, and boards of arbitration. Nick is prosecution counsel appearing before the Discipline Committees of the Ontario College of Pharmacists, College of Nurses of Ontario and Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Nick has also appeared frequently before the courts, including the Superior Court, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
