Kartiga is an associate with a particularly specialized practice in both construction and constitutional litigation.
Kartiga routinely represents clients in complex commercial cases, including on public-private-partnership (P3) projects and has acted as counsel on various human rights cases before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and under section 15 of the Charter. Prior to joining PRRR, Kartiga practiced both construction and equality/discrimination law at a leading firm in Toronto.
She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2017, where she graduated as the class valedictorian.
Kartiga is an active community volunteer in both legal and non-legal circles.
