Kartiga Thavaraj

Kartiga Thavaraj is an associate with a specialized practice focused on both construction and constitutional litigation. She routinely represents clients in complex commercial cases, including on public-private-partnership (P3) projects, and acts in human rights and constitutional cases before the courts and at the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.

 

Kartiga, who was valedictorian of her University of Toronto Faculty of Law class, is a passionate advocate for social justice and human rights. She is involved with Pro Bono Ontario and the Group of Racialized Ontario Women Litigators (GROWL), and she co-founded a mentorship collective of Tamil lawyers.
