Jacqueline is a senior law clerk with over 23 years of experience. She joined Paliare Roland in 2006. She works in all areas of litigation and primarily on corporate and commercial litigation matters, with particular expertise in electronic discovery.
As a result of Jacqueline’s proficiency in electronic discovery issues, she is able to assist clients and legal professionals on our team to efficiently, and cost-effectively, prepare for litigation through the document identification, preservation, collection, review and production stages. Jacqueline’s expertise in these areas and her knowledge of current software trends provide our clients with options that benefit their unique situations, and facilitate an efficient litigation process.
Jacqueline holds an Associate Membership with ILCO, is a member of its Board of Directors and she Co-Chairs the Education department. Jacqueline and her team are instrumental in developing and providing students and law clerks throughout Ontario with an outstanding course curriculum that focuses on the substantive principles of legal practice and procedure.
