Charlotté is dedicated to helping people and improving the law. Her broad civil litigation practice focuses on complex factual disputes across areas of law and at all levels of court. She is known for her mastery of the facts, persuasive storytelling, and strategic thinking.
Charlotté acts for clients in commercial, employment, and public law matters, including in the areas of governance, workplace investigations, human rights, defamation, and privacy. She enjoys providing practical advice to individuals and institutions on sensitive issues.
Charlotté is committed to advocating for a more accessible legal system as well as a more diverse and equitable profession. She provides pro bono legal services, including through Pro Bono Ontario. As a law student, she worked at the Parkdale Community Legal Services clinic.
