Alysha Shore is energetic, passionate about the law and dedicated to serving her clients’ best interests. Alysha brings a practical approach to the law focusing on creative, efficient and effective solutions to complex legal issues.

Alysha represents a broad range of clients, including multi-national corporations, professional regulatory bodies, individuals and small business owners. Alysha’s diverse litigation practice includes civil litigation, employment law, corporate/commercial litigation, and administrative law. Alysha represents clients before courts and tribunals of first instance as well as at the appellate level.

Alysha was recently elected to the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Administrative Law Section Executive in the position of Public Affairs Liaison.

Representative Work

    • Alysha routinely represents individuals and businesses in all areas of commercial, employment, civil and administrative litigation. 
    • In the commercial litigation context, Alysha acts for businesses in shareholder disputes, oppression actions, breach of contract claims and investor negligence. Her clients range from small local businesses to large multi-national corporations.
    • In the employment law context, Alysha frequently provides advice to employees and employers with respect to contract negotiations, termination of employment, human rights and workplace investigations.
    • In the administrative law context, Alysha acts as prosecution counsel before the discipline committees of various health professions and on appeal or judicial review. She also defends professionals before their regulators and the civil courts.

Community Involvement

Alysha regularly volunteers as duty counsel for Pro Bono Law Ontario’s Law Help Clinic at the Superior Court of Justice.  In a number of instances, Alysha has been retained by clients from the clinic on a pro bono basis.
