William is a litigator with a focus on administrative law, union-side labour law, and employment law.

William has appeared before the Divisional Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, private arbitrations, and various university tribunals.

William joined Paliare Roland as an associate after working as a summer student and an articling student at the firm. At Osgoode Hall Law School, William worked as an Administrative Law Division Leader at Community & Legal Aid Services Programme and received academic prizes for legal research and writing, legal ethics, and labour law.
