Olivia Everton

Olivia Everton joined Paliare Roland after practising more than four years as an associate with a prominent international law firm in New York City and a clerkship with the Honorable Lewis J. Liman in the Southern District of New York. Olivia is a thoughtful advisor who draws on a broad range of experience across jurisdictions and practice areas to reach creative, pragmatic solutions.

While practising law in New York, Olivia focused on complex cross-border commercial litigation, white collar and regulatory enforcement, and kept an active pro bono practice, including in immigration, education, civil rights, and criminal law. Olivia is continuing to build a diverse practice in Ontario and is committed to giving back to her community.

Olivia graduated with honors from Harvard Law School where she worked in the Education Law Clinic, volunteered with the Prison Legal Assistance Program, and received the Dean's Scholar Prize for recognition of outstanding work in multiple courses.
