Joshua Hearn joined Paliare Roland after practising for two years as an associate at a prominent litigation boutique law firm in Toronto, with a focus on commercial litigation.
Joshua completed his articling year as a judicial law clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Joshua has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as before various tribunals in Ontario.
As a law student at Osgoode Hall Law School, Joshua was actively involved in the legal clinic system. He has worked at Parkdale Community Legal Services and West Toronto Community Legal Services, in housing law.
Prior to law school, Joshua worked as Donation Coordinator at the Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
