Emma Workman

Emma joined Paliare Roland after working as an articling student for the firm and completing a judicial clerkship at the Court of Appeal for Ontario for Justice Roberts and Justice Zarnett. She is building a general litigation practice.

At Osgoode Hall Law School, Emma participated in the Environmental Justice and Sustainability Clinic, volunteered as an advocate for Fair Change, and worked as a Research Assistant. Emma received the course prize for standing first in Indigenous Peoples and Canadian Law, and graduated in the top 3% of her class. Prior to attending law school, Emma earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. She also worked at an arts non-profit.
