Brianne Taylor

Brianne maintains a broad litigation practice and represents a wide range of clients in both English and French in diverse proceedings, including complex commercial, securities and banking, administrative, regulatory, class actions, and white collar criminal defence. Brianne has acted as counsel and assisted with matters before all levels of courts in Ontario, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. Brianne has also appeared before arbitrators, administrative boards and tribunals, and self-regulatory organizations, including the Capital Markets Tribunal and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization.

Brianne joined Paliare Roland after practising commercial litigation as a senior associate at a national law firm in Toronto.

As a law student at McGill University, Brianne completed a student clerkship at the Court of Quebec, Youth Division and was actively involved in the legal clinic system. Before law school, Brianne earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Alberta.
