Lindsay Scott is a practical, business-minded litigator who has represented clients at the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and all levels of court in Ontario. Her diverse litigation practice includes commercial litigation, employment law, insolvency, and general civil litigation.
