Lindsay Scott is a practical, business-minded litigator who has represented clients at the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and all levels of court in Ontario. Her diverse litigation practice includes commercial litigation, employment law, insolvency, and general civil litigation. Lindsay's perspective on current legal issues is frequently sought by the media, and she has been featured on CTV News, CBC's The National, in Chatelaine, and on various radio shows and podcasts. In 2020, Precedent Magazine awarded Lindsay its prestigious Precedent Setter Award. In 2021, Lexpert Magazine named her as a Rising Star (Leading Lawyer Under 40).

  • Lindsay represents investment advisors and dealers in a wide variety of contexts, including employment and contract law, and regulatory matters.
  • Lindsay acts for individuals, particularly executives, who have been terminated from their employment and require advice on severance package negotiations.
