Jodi Martin joined Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP as an associate in 2009, after summering and articling with the firm. Her areas of practice include labour and employment law, civil litigation, public and administrative law, professional discipline matters, and corporate/commercial litigation.
Ms. Martin graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School where she was actively involved in a variety of pro bono initiatives and co-chaired the Women’s Caucus. She was awarded a number of academic awards including prizes in contracts, property, administrative law, and an award for outstanding academic achievement. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Martin obtained an M.A. in cultural anthropology from the University of Western Ontario.
Ms. Martin is a member of the Advocates Society, the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, and Amnesty International. |
