Tina Lie joined Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP as an associate in 2007, after clerking for the Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. In 2007 and 2008, she was a staff lawyer at the Inquiry into Pediatric Forensic Pathology in Ontario, under Commissioner Stephen Goudge. Her areas of practice include corporate/commercial litigation, employment law and labour law, class actions, administrative law, professional discipline matters, and civil litigation.
Tina obtained a LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University, where she participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot. Prior to law school, she obtained a B. Arts Sc. (Hons.) from McMaster University.
Tina is also a member of the New York State bar, and in 2005, summered with a law firm in New York City.
