Jean-Claude Killey joined Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP as an associate in 2008, after summering and articling with the firm. His areas of practice include corporate/commercial litigation, employment law and labour law, class actions, administrative law, professional discipline matters, and civil litigation.
Mr. Killey studied law at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was a member of Osgoode’s bilingual Laskin Moot team, and an editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Killey obtained his B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto, in Literary Studies and Mathematics.
Mr. Killey is a member of The Advocates’ Society, and is fluent in English and French. |
