Jeffrey Larry practices in the areas of corporate/commercial, securities and bankruptcy and insolvency litigation. He appears regularly before the Commercial List and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Jeffrey also appears before the Ontario Securities Commission, IIROC and the MFDA.
Jeffrey completed his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1999 in conjunction with an MBA degree from the Schulich School of Business. Jeffrey brings a pragmatic and business-like approach to the practice of law.
Jeffrey is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association and serves as a director of the Canadian Friends of the Hebrew University. |
