Richard Stephenson practices in the area of administrative and public law, as well as general litigation, employment law, judicial review and appeals.
In recent years, Mr. Stephenson has been actively involved in the electricity restructuring process in the province of Ontario. Specifically, he has provided policy analysis and development services, as well as assisting in government relations activities. He was a member of an Ontario Energy Board Performance Based Regulation Implementation Task Force, and has played an active role as counsel in every OEB proceeding relating to the restructuring of Ontario Hydro and the electricity sector in Ontario. |
