Mr. Rosenberg was called to the Bar in 1981. After 20 years at a national firm, he became a founding partner in the 20 plus lawyer firm of Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP (“PRRR”).
Mr. Rosenberg is an experienced advocate in Business and Administrative Law matters. His practice involves him in matters before all levels of court, administrative tribunals, and government agencies. As part of his advocacy practice, Mr. Rosenberg also acts a mediator and arbitrator in commercial disputes.
From 1985 to 1988 Mr. Rosenberg worked for three different Ministries in the Ontario government as an Executive Assistant to the Minister – the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations, the Ministry of Financial Institutions and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Technology.
Mr. Rosenberg often speaks on legal matters at professional and business conferences, including training of lawyers and judges. He has lectured at a number of universities including: The Harvard Law School Course on Mediation; Osgoode Hall Law School; University of Toronto; and, York University’s School of Business. He is a director of public and private companies and active with a number of charities.
Mr. Rosenberg received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto in 1979, a BA from the University of Winnipeg, Canada and participated in 1976, in a United Nations Exchange programme in Guyana, South America. |
