Odette Soriano has a diverse litigation practice with a focus on complex civil and commercial litigation. Ms. Soriano has special expertise in defamation and class actions. She has appeared before all levels of court and various administrative tribunals.
Ms. Soriano represents both plaintiffs and defendants in defamation matters and regularly acts in matters involving mainstream Canadian print and broadcast media as well as in the growing area of internet libel.

Ms. Soriano completed her law studies at the University of Victoria. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1995. She received her B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in finance and economics. |
