Andrew Lokan practices in the areas of labour and employment law, administrative law, pension litigation, constitutional law and appellate advocacy.
Mr. Lokan teaches a course in Constitutional Litigation at Osgoode Hall Law School, and has also taught law at Ottawa University and at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He graduated first in his class at Ottawa University, and clerked for Madam Justice Beverley McLachlin of the Supreme Court of Canada. Since 1992 he has acted as Special Counsel to the CCLA, on a pro bono basis. |
