Gregory is an effective and committed advocate. He brings a practical, analytical and understanding approach in addressing his client’s needs.

Gregory had a broad litigation practice, including labour and employment law, corporate/commercial litigation, and public and administrative law. His clients include unions, universities, corporations, small business owners and individuals.

Gregory joined Paliare Roland as an associate in 2012 after summering and articling with the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Gregory clerked with Justice Westmoreland-Traoré of the Court of Québec. He represents clients in both French and English.

Representative Work

  • Gregory assisted a team of senior counsel at Paliare Roland, in representing a multinational companiy in a complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial dispute, in an expedited trial on the Commercial List.
  • Gregory successfully challenged Quebec’s financial assistance legislation before the Quebec Human Rights Commission, on the basis that the law discriminated against common-law couples without children (Edith Tam c. Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport).
  • Gregory regularly acts for individuals and businesses in relation to contract and tort claims.
  • Gregory regularly advises individuals who have been terminated from their employment.
